Featherkit is a very curious little she-cat, though perhaps not particularly more playful than any other kit, but she does love to practicing her pouncing! A born hunter, she often tramples over other cats and pounces on unsuspecting tails at the first chance she gets! A favourite game of hers is catching falling leaves, feathers and oh yeah, butterflies! 

Featherkit can be considered to be quite outgoing; she enjoys talking to other cats and making friends with everyone, regardless of who they may be. She is always very optimistic and terribly affectionate. At this age, she grows very attached to her friends and her family, and will show affection openly to those she likes. 

Rather thoughtful for a kit, she often tries to think before she speaks. 'Impulsive' is definitely the opposite of what this cat is! Featherkit always looks out for others and she can be very sympathetic. Sometimes other cats might think of her as a bit too soft-hearted, allowing others to take advantage of  this kind-hearted she-cat. 

Featherkit always wonders why there are such huge boundaries between each clan, after all she doesn't 'feel' any different from any other cat, despite having Riverclan blood. She swears that when she does meet cats from other clans, she would treat them as equals and will treat them fairly regardless of what clan they are from. 


History:  

Kit-hood: 
Born to a loving couple living in Thunderclan, she was well loved and cared for. Having her father wrapped around her paws, Featherkit was her father's little ray of sunshine. She spends most of her time with her two brothers, they are practically inseparable especially at this age. Being half Riverclan, she appears to enjoy dipping her paws into water, though she prefers stepping on dry land to swimming and she finds the scent of fish rather unappetizing. She is not bothered by her Halfclan roots, for her clan hardly mentions it. Instead, she is more worried about why she alone has a different fur patterns/colours from the rest of her family. 

Future: 
Rather Softspoken, she will grow up to be a delicate and graceful she-cat, who always tries to treat every cat fairly despite the clan they are in. She sticks to her own morals just as strongly as to the warrior code. She enjoys spending her time looking across the river, liking the calm sound of water flowing through the rocks. One would not be surprised if she were to fall for a Riverclan cat, with all the time she spends looking over the river.

"Achoo!" Featherkit awoke with a sneeze. She shook her head as small feather from her bedding drifted off her nose. "Mew?" She leap to her paws and quickly pounced on the feather pinning it to the nursery floor.  Twitching her tail excitedly, she turned around and mewed, "Look I caught it! I caught it!" 

Turtleflower was still fast asleep in their nest, with her two other kits curled up by her side. "Cinderkit wake up!" She mewed prodding her brothers with her tiny paw. "Come on! Lets play!" Cinderkit twitched his ears but gave no reply. "Come on! We can play your favorite game~" She mewed, tilting her head as she looked at the sleeping figures. Falconkit grumbled giving her a half-hearted swipe with his paw before falling back asleep. When she got no further reply from the sleepy kits, she decided to let them sleep and went take a look outside instead. 

Curiously, she poked her head out of the nursery. It was sun-high and many cats were out of their dens, enjoying the warm patches of sun before the cold leaf-bare breeze blew in. Featherkit looked around the camp for a familiar face as she carefully stepped outside. Suddenly, a familiar scent caught her attention. She sniffed the air trying to pin point where it was coming from and... there! Snowstep was returning to camp with his jaws full of prey, walking proudly as he dropped his catch onto the freshkill pile. 

Letting out a mew of excitement, she pounded across camp heading straight for her father. "Hey, watch out!" A cat called out as the little she-cat dodged around the other cats. "Daddy, you're back!" She mewed as she darted around his paws as he bent down to greet her. "Hey, what are you doing out here by yourself?" He asked, his voice coming out in a rumbling purr. She let out a squeak as he nuzzled her forehead, purring as she felt comforted by his warm and familiar scent. 

"Wanna play?" She asked looking up at him with a playful expression.
